Dustin Carrión-Ojeda is a Ph.D. student and research assistant in the Image and Video Analysis Group at TU Darmstadt and hessian.AI, advised by Prof. Dr. Sc. Simone Schaub-Meyer. His research develops efficient and robust computer vision methods for learning with limited data and heterogeneous modalities, with a focus on few-shot classification and segmentation, cross-domain meta-learning, and multimodal learning under practical constraints. He received his M.Sc. in Artificial Intelligence from Université Paris-Saclay in 2022, where he worked with Prof. Isabelle Guyon, and his B.Eng. in Information Technology from Yachay Tech University in 2020, advised by Prof. Israel Pineda and Prof. Rigoberto Fonseca-Delgado.
